To revalue the real essence of the fruit, our extra jams are made with no additives, no thickeners and no food colourings. The fruit content is therefore very high (about 160 gr for 100 gr of final product)

FRUTTA / FRUIT   Ca’ Vecchia utilizza esclusivamente frutta italiana e stagionale, colta nel momento di giusta maturazione e lavorata entro 48 ore dalla raccolta*. Ca’ Vecchia selects only Italian and seasonal fruit, which is picked at perfect growth and processed within 48 hours of the crop*. 

COTTURA / COOKING   La cottura è effettuata in macchine che permettono l’ebollizione a soli 40°C, mantenendo, quindi, tutte le proprietà nutritive ed i colori brillanti della frutta. Ca’ Vecchia uses a new technology for processing the fruit that permits the cooking point at 40°C (104 F). In this way the fruit preserves its nutritional properties and bright colour.
